21st Rembuden Kendo Taikai 2020: Radio NZ Promotional Video

Kyu Grading 24 October 2020

Fraser, Ethan, Lauren, Shane and Zac. At the beginning of the kyu grading held by Rembuden Kendo Club on 24 October 2020.  Looking composed but probably nervous, holding the shinai tighter than normal with a cold sweaty grip.  Despite that all performed well.  Congratulations!

21st Rembuden Kendo Taikai 2020: Rembuden "Winners"

A successful weekend for Rembuden Kendo Club members at the 21st Rembuden Kendo Taikai.  Of the 8 events in the tournament, Rembuden Kendo Club members won 6 of them.  We won alot of medals, especially gold.  Placing a lot of pressure on the rare earth metals industry no doubt....Congratulations everyone!
